We aim at preserving this love for a job well done, which is why we have created for you a range of Halal Artisan Cold Cuts & Charcuterie prepared by our charcutiers from the best traditional recipes, passed down from generation to generation.

The creation of our brand Taïb Halal stems from our wish to continue this family tradition and to focus on the traceability, authenticity, and simplicity of artisan products, simply because we are entirely dedicated to satisfying your cravings for delicious charcuterie!

OUR PRODUCTS

To this end, all of our products are made from premium Halal-certified meat. In order to guarantee the most flavour-packed culinary experience, our charcutiers rely on different techniques: specific cooking methods, grinding, smoking, studding, salting, dry curing, and many more… And to enhance the flavours of our products, they skilfully incorporate a unique blend of carefully selected ingredients, herbs, spices, condiments, or aromatics.

Recipe

Carrot and Veal Lardons Stew

  • 1 Fry the veal in olive oil and set it aside.
  • 2 Stir-fry the Taïb Halal lardons with the chopped onions.
  • 3 Add the veal cuts, garlic, carrots and herbs and season.
  • 4 Simmer the stew at low heat for 1h30, then enjoy!
